Refund window

We refund any purchase within 14 days of payment, for any reason. This must match the refund window configured in Paddle.

Why you probably will not need one

The watch face runs in full for 24 hours before it asks for payment, so you can try it on your own wrist and decide before you buy rather than after.

Common cases we always refund

• The key does not unlock the watch you bought it for.
• You bought a key against the wrong device code.
• You were charged twice.

How to ask

Email support@megaapp.uk with your device code or your Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method, normally within five to ten business days.
