The short version

This site stores an 8-digit device code and the licence key derived from it. Nothing else.

What the device code is

It is a number derived on your watch from your watch's identifier by a one-way hash. It cannot be turned back into your Garmin identifier, your account, or your name. Your watch never sends anything to this site — you type the code in yourself.

What we store

• Your device code and its licence key, so you can recover the key if you lose it.
• The Paddle transaction id for that purchase, so a payment can be matched to a key.

We keep these for as long as the product is sold, because deleting them would leave you unable to recover your key.

What the watch face stores

Only on your watch: when the trial started, the key you typed, and a counter of failed attempts. The watch face makes no network requests and has no internet permission.

Your rights

Write to [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] to ask what is stored against your device code, or to have it deleted. Deleting it means you can no longer recover that key.
